Step 2:  We will assist you in obtaining the best financial arrangement available to you. Step 3:  Personalize your chosen home by selecting from the large variety of interior and exterior decorating options available, such as:  floor coverings, window coverings, exterior paint scheme, ceramic tile, laminate, cabinet hardware, roofing materials, and more! Step 4:  If you do not already have a lot to place a home on we will offer assistance in finding one in the area you desire. Step 5:  Construct improvements on your lot to ready it for placement of the home, including: drilling wells, installing septic systems, building garages, etc.  We can assist you in this process by referring a large number of dependable and reputable contractors that we have had good experience with during our over 25 years in the industry. Step 6:  Valley Quality Homes delivers and sets up the home on your prepared lot.  We use only our own long-term employees for this process, which allows us to maintain our consistent high quality standards.  We do not use outside contractors for this process!
